12th of April 2018 - Andreas I. Kyriakopoulos, the co-Managing Director of I.A.KYRIAKOPOULOS&PARTNERS Law Office, was a Speaker at the National Bank’s of Greece Business Αccelerator “Βefinnovative”.
The first part of his presentation had to do with BASIC CORPORATE ISSUES (types of companies, differencies between them, establishment issues etc.), focusing on Private Companies (P.C.), and individual issues that have to do with them.
The second part (due to the fact that the Funds of “EQUIFUND” have started operating recently, and the issue of seeking Funding is extremely topical etc.) had to do with THE BASIC TERMS OF A TERM SHEET.
